Hail, Legion of Thunder!
Hey everyone! We hope you're doing well and your metal hunger is growing, because The Krimson Kult will soon be upon you! Here's the latest update from Nina & Josh:
Here's the TLDR version:
- Today is the LAST day to back the campaign for The Krimson Kult Trilogy music video project. We have an exclusive t-shirt and comics over there!
- New song out this Friday! The music video and streaming single for "Theme from Shadowman" are coming on 2/25! You'll be able to stream the song on all services. We will also make a high-quality download available for you! (But please stream the song on Friday, as that helps us get into new listeners' feeds and get on charts and playlists!)
- Backers will receive The Krimson Kult album download on March 25th! That's the same day that the first single and video from the album will drop publicly, and public pre-orders for the album will begin. The public release date will likely be August. You're getting the album five months sooner than non-backers!
- We'll be playing songs from The Krimson Kult at our streaming concert on March 26th! You'll have 24 hours to learn the new songs! You can get tickets to join us in person in Baltimore, or get a ticket to stream the concert online. Be sure to select "A Sound of Thunder" when you check out with your streaming ticket...that's how we get paid!
- Our podcast is back! We're recording new episodes of Thunder-Stuff Heavy Metal Podcast! The first two new episodes are already up, including our interview with Blaze Bayley! Check out all the episodes here: https://thunder-stuff.buzzsprout.com
- Recording for the next project begins! In mid-March Nina will fly to Assembly Line Studios in Texas to begin tracking vocals! Guitars and bass will be tracked in Virginia in April. (Chris already recorded his drums two years ago!!!)
- We received our complimentary bottles of Wyrd Leatherworks and Mead's Queen of Hell Cherry Melomel. We were going to tell you to hurry up and order a bottle before it's too late, but it looks like they may be sold out already. We'll let you know if more becomes available!
